While the food is fresh, hot and incredibly tasty (the Chile verde gordo nacho are the BEST), that's only part of the reason we love Antonio's quick lunch.
What's more important is the people who own and run Antonio's. They are honest, kind, humble and good neighbors to Yuba City.
We've watched as people in need have come in, sat down and waited patiently only to be met a few short minutes later by "momma", who greets them with kindness, chats, and makes sure they have fresh food and water to fill their stomachs. And she does it all compassionately and without expecting praise or adoration.
We really like the food, but we love the caring example that the owners are for our community. -

The staff is pretty rude. I came home with some carne asada tacos and there's maybe a teaspoon of meat in two of them so when I called, I was told that I would have to pay EXTRA for the meat that should have already been in my tacos. I replied that I paid for TACOS, not tortillas, I was then told "My manager says that they're only 95 cents. We don't put a lot of meat in them." I paid for more than a freaking teaspoon of meat. Never going back. There are better taco places in YC with much better customer service.
This was already after countless other bad experiences but that's what you get for cheap tacos. Never again. I'd rather pay a little more and get better tacos with some actual substance. -

Food is great the wait is gettkng longer and the serving size smaller. I avoid the drive thru klaus so bnb I don't get caught up in the road or in the line the seems never endiny

20 mins wait at the drive thru . Finally make it and ask to order only to hear : "what ?" say it again, " you want what ?", repeat the order once more, "you want what ?", 3rd time was not a charm. You get the idea. Pondering.....should we leave ? Hell yeah, we're leaving. DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!!

Getting off work the hubby decides to go out to eat so we went to Antonio's. Whenever we go I always get the nachos hoping that one day they'll get it right. I always order the Gordo nachos with chicken, I've noticed that they're super skimpy with their chicken so I always order extra chicken and NEVER EVER get it. I live in marysville so I don't check the bag until I get home. They always tie the bag because they're in a rush for you to get your order and go. This day I pulled outta drive through went around the corner and check my nachos w/xtra chicken, and to my surprise NOPE no extra chicken, I go back and tell the cashier in drive through she takes my plate back and everything is all good, drive home and open my plate super excited. THEY LITERALLY DRENCHED MY NACHOS IN NACHO CHEESE, everything was super soggy!!!!
